After several attempts of trying to change my direct debit date as was being charged every monyh they finally changed it... Costing me ahain. But a few months down the line it's changed back to original fate. 4 days before I get paid. Now I have to pay 25 pounds to get it changed back.... As soon as I can afford to I will be moving to a new agent.... Shocking customer service...
Ive contacted computer quote three times with no reply, ive even rang the claims number and there was no answer but they never fail to take the premium out of my direct debit

6 months in and the provider they'd recommended has gone bust. No refund and no goodwill offer. Apparently no due diligence either. Avoid.
